Be A Part of MCBIA
The Marion County Building Industry Association (MCBIA), with over 400 members, is a volunteer trade organization representing the building industry and its affiliates. By investing in a MCBIA membership you can have a 3 in 1 membership. First at the local level with the MCBIA, second on the state level with FHBA (Florida Home Builders Association) and third on the national level with NAHB (National Association of Home Builders).
There are 3 types of membership with MCBIA:
- Builder Membership - Builder License holder or Developer
- Associate Membership - Trades Contractor, Banks, Mortgage, Realtor, Other businesses associated in the building industry
- Affiliate Membership - only available whose main companies are currently active primary members (builder or associate) and would be the host to this affiliate membership.
