November 6-8 & 13-15 have been reserved for the MCBIA’s 2026 Parade of Homes.

Marion County’s Parade of Homes is a premier showcase of model homes from MCBIA builders, giving our community a chance to step inside some of the area’s newest homes and see what’s happening in local construction and design.

Open to the public, visitors can tour featured homes at their own pace, explore different floor plans, finishes, features, and design styles, and get a firsthand look at the craftsmanship behind each home.

It’s also a great opportunity to meet the builders behind the work and learn more about the companies helping shape Marion County’s growing communities. Parade of Homes brings together the best of local homebuilding for two weekends of inspiration and exploration.
